Sourdough (Wheat 15%), Whole Wheat, Sunflower Oil, Brown Rice, Millet, Germinated Green Lentils, Germinated Red Lentils, Germinated Garbanzo Bean, Germinated Black Bean, Plant Fiber (Soy Based), Salt, Chia Seed and Flax Seed.
Thawing is not necessary

Oven: 160°C-180°C for 5-10 minutes in the oven.

Micro-wave Oven: Turn on medium heat, then put a cup of water in the microwave and heat it together, wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

Steamer: After the water boils, steam for 5 minutes.
Breakthrough B&G is developed through a joint technology collaboration between FATIMAS (Malaysia) and EATOBE (Singapore). The name FATIMAS Breakthrough B&G is derived from beans as its main ingredients. It contains Germinated Green Lentils, Germinated Red Lentils, Germinated Black Beans, Germinated Garbanzo, whole-wheat, brown rice, chia seeds and flax seeds.
